It's Almost Here!

I have been so busy working and going to school I didn't have much time to do my favorite thing decorate for Christmas. I did my same theme pink and aqua. Here's a few photo's of my house this Christmas. I did not have any time to make much for Christmas either I had a lot of projects in mind but got nothing done. Oh well there's always next year.
Merry Christmas,

Birthday Cupcakes

Today was my big sisters birthday. She would not let me photograph her so I took pictures of the cute cupcake toppers I made for her. Along with other little decoratons and some cute pink cupcake soap I made for her. She like cupcakes almost as much as I do. I think I am a freak for cupcakes and she just likes them. I attempted making her some big tissue paper roses. They did not turn out as good as I wanted them to but it was my first attempt so they were ok. The little image on the cupcake pick is from Free Pretty Things for You blog. Isn't the little girl on it so sweet.

Penny Candy

One of my thrift finds over the weekend. A cute pink and white stripe Penny Candy container. I just added some roses and put it on my outdoor table. I then hung a little chandelier above it to make it a little sweet outside. I like sitting outside in the evenings. It is just now getting warm here. It has been very rainy and dreary. Bring on the sun!

Everyday Is a Holiday Cupcake Journals, magnets and Notecards

Ok, I have been seeing information on different blogs about Everyday Is A Holiday Jenny Heid and Aaron Nieradka having items at Michaels. So I called my local Michaels and they had no idea what I was talking about. So my sister and I went to Boise and went in and started looking. Then we found them! We were digging through all of the items. We could not decide on what or how many items to get. My sister say's to me "you are giddy" I said yes I love this stuff. This little trip made my whole weekend! So RUN don't walk to your local Michaels store and get it while it is there. I think when it's gone it's gone.

A New Chapter

I'm taking a huge step! I'm going back to school. First just going for my Associates degree then onto my Bachelors in IT with an emphasis in Web Design. I'm excited but scared. It hopefully will be the icing on the cupcake! I hope that I can keep up with School, Work and Ebay. I wish I could just stay home and do ebay and etsy but, now I will have less time to do what I really love! I'm going to try and still dream up new ideas and make Shabby Cottage items that I love! So, I will post again soon.
